About The Small Business Owner.

Today small businesses are conducting business on a global level and using their skills to offer expertise in areas within the company.

They are selling product in the competitive marketplace while building great brands of recognition and offering excellent personal service, Small business owners are also creating IT projects to help them meet their business goals but is the waterfall right for your project?

Example.

A potential client meet with a developer to disscussd their technology project of a web application they know what they want.

At the end of the meeting the company sugguest using thte Waterfall method because:

  • The project won’t involve back and forth.
  • The work will not change.
  • The Waterfall is a straight-forward approach.
  • The Waterfall forces on discipline.
  • The cost of development is determined in advance
  • and the beginning and ending dates upfront.

This may not be your case. Maybe you want the Agile methodology but let me make this clear It’s within your rights to know how your project will be implemented.
